Song of the Moment

I am on an unprecedented roll, two posts in two days!!! Check out the mad blogger I have become. This is my new song of the moment. It is called Mokuren no Namida, which translates to mean Magnolia Tears. Although a little sad, it is a nice song and I am practicing it for karaoke. I hope you enjoy as well:

Mokuren no Namida
by Kobukuro

I want to see you, I want to see you
That's what the whispering in my heart says
I'm searching for you
I'm calling out for you

You said that you'd be at my side
Forever, forever
You're a liar, you abandoned my heart

You smiled
Carrying the bamboo basket that you love
I gazed at you, on those long gone spring days

We spun gentleness
We wove wings of love
The green wind blows, nestling close to the hill

Before long, time passes by too quickly
We had so many setbacks on those spring days
You travelled up to the sky, as though you were sleeping

You said that you'd be at my side
Forever, forever
You're a liar
You abandoned me

When I watch
The magnolia bud open
Tears start to overflow before and after my dreams
You were going to come
I'm on this hill alone
I turn around and look so many times, right in the middle of saying goodbye

I want to see you, I want to see you
That's what the whispering in my heart says
I'm searching for you
I'm calling out for you

You said that you'd be at my side
Forever, forever
You're a liar
You abandoned me
